Training.
Life isn't about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.
George Bernard Shaw
Introduction to Training for Change.
I offer affordable training for change to increase your skills for success, leading to a happier life in which you are differently. Training, both 1-2-1 and in groups, is about improving for success and happiness, giving you skills to open up opportunities and choices, and leading to a better life. It’s about new ways of being and doing, and becoming more. Training provides a focussed approach, and a safe space to acquire and practise new skills. Training is, of course, most effective when it is relevant and applicable to you, introducing you to skills that you believe to be and value as beneficial.
Most of my training events include access to all of the training materials once you have completed the training programme, and this often includes recordings of the key skills, a continuing reminder and refresher of what you have learned. I also offer with some group programmes the option to have two or three follow up 1-2-1 sessions at no extra costs. I aim, at all times, to give you every opportunity to practice and increase your confidence with the skills, maintaining your success, and leading the happier, better life that you want.
Skills for Success, Affordably.
Any successful training event delivers skills for success, skills which increase choice and opportunities, and skills which give you the ability to overcome barriers to a happier, better life. Additionally, I not only want to offer training to build skills but also make it as affordable as possible. This relates both to the cost of any course itself but also to what you need to practise and develop those skills. So, for example, in the 7 Steps Towards Happiness workshop, your only expense, other than the fee, is paper and a pen, nothing more. It’s also one of the reasons that I deliver most of my training online; it saves on transport and accommodation costs and it also means, in this day and age, that we can all be anywhere when we attend.
Happiness.
Don't wait around for other people to be happy for you. Any happiness you get you've got to make yourself.

Sleep is the best meditation.

Anxiety.
It is very hard to explain to people who have never known serious depression or anxiety the sheer continuous intensity of it. There is no off switch.

Addiction.
When you can stop, you don’t want to. And when you want to stop, you can’t. That’s addiction.
