Introduction to Better Sleep.
The link between better sleep, and our physical and mental well-being is well-documented and there is an increasing body of evidence which highlights just how important sleep is. We all know when we’ve not had enough sleep, and how we feel after a good night’s sleep. And for some, a good night’s sleep is hard to achieve.
The Better Sleep workshop looks at a range of techniques for improving sleep, and very specifically about reconnecting bed with sleep and what to do when sleep evades you.
